Agreement

By downloading or using Sudoku Puzzle Generator (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Apple Standard EULA

This App is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using the App you also agree to the terms of that agreement, available at:

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Permitted Use of Exported Content

Puzzles and PDF books generated by the App are for personal use only. You may print and solve the exported puzzles for your own enjoyment, share them informally with friends and family, or use them for non-commercial classroom or recreational purposes.

Restrictions on Exported Content

The following uses of exported puzzles and PDFs are not permitted:

• ✕Selling or licensing exported puzzles or PDF books for money or other compensation
• ✕Including exported puzzles in paid products, publications, or services
• ✕Redistributing exported content commercially at scale (e.g., puzzle books for sale)
• ✕Sublicensing or transferring rights to exported content to third parties

Intellectual Property

The App and all associated software, design, and assets are the intellectual property of Sudoku Puzzle Generator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App itself.

In-App Purchases

Certain features may be available via in-app purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sudoku Puzzle Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
